After 23 years in industry, Fabrice Gribon knew there had to be a better, faster way to fix business challenges. He saw the gap between slow, costly strategies and the real, hands-on execution companies actually needed. He founded Gribon & Company with a mission to provide fast, cost-effective, and high-impact solutions that actually work over the long term.
Over the years, Fabrice and his team have worked with clients in complex industries, including life sciences, automotive, manufacturing, industrial engineering, construction, heavy equipment, cosmetics, and food & beverages.
